As part of the Societe Generale Group initiative ‘Move For Youth’, all staff worldwide is invited to form teams and take a collective sporting challenge for a good cause.

From 5 September (International Day of Charity) to 25 September 2022, teams have the opportunity to go the extra mile by raising funds, matched by Societe Generale, to support youth education programmes of local charity partners: *

Australia - The Indigenous Literacy Foundation
Hong Kong - Po Leung Kuk
Japan - Kidsdoor
Romania - Fundatia Rafael
Singapore - Children's Wishing Well
Spain - Acción Familiar
Switzerland - Special Olympics Switzerland
Taiwan - Taiwan Fund for Children & Families
While continuing to raise funds, from 15 to 25 September 2022, all teams have 1 common objective: walk, run and bike as many kilometres as possible for a donation from Societe Generale to charity partners.
These donations will be topped up by Societe Generale Group to finance an ‘education through sport’ solidarity programme for underprivileged youngsters of our local charities to live a unique experience during Rugby World Cup 2023.
Efforts during the 2022 challenge will determine the number of beneficiaries of this programme in 2023 and the amount of the donations to the local charities!
* Matching by Societe Generale:

In Asia Pacific: 1 euro raised by staff via FundRazr = 1 additional euro given by Societe Generale, up to 40,000 euros. This fundraising initiative is only available for teams supporting charity partners from: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan.

In Romania: 1 euro raised by staff via FundRazr = 1 additional euro given by Societe Generale, up to 2,000 euros.

In Spain: 1 euro raised by staff via FundRazr = 1 additional euro given by Societe Generale, up to 2,000 euros.

In Switzerland: 1 euro raised by staff via FundRazr = 1 additional euro given by Societe Generale, up to 5,000 euros.
